Alors que nous venons de passer le solstice d’hiver, voici une photographie que j’ai intitulée Retour de la lumière. En photographie de paysage, il faut parfois savoir attendre que la lumière revienne après une averse, après un grain, et tout particulièrement en bord de mer où le temps peut être si changeant. Cette alternance, c’est ce qui fait la beauté de la lumière.

Now that we have just passed the winter solstice, here is a picture I have entitled Return of light. In landscape photography, you sometimes have to wait for the light to return after a shower or a squall, especially at the seaside where the weather can change rapidly. This alternation makes the light so beautiful.
